The Heart of the RENN™ Roller Mill
Precision-machined dynamically balanced 16" diameter steel rolls with large diameter removable shafts give you more production with less horsepower. With the RENN™ roller mill you have the option of choosing the type of roll and the roll groove configuration you require. Rolls are available in steel, case hardened steel, and chill cast. Roll groove configurations available from 2 grooves per inch flat to 15 grooves per inch.
RENN™ Differential Drive Allows for Positive Roll Speed Variance
The optional RENN™ Differential Drive allows for positive roll speed variance. This belt driven system works extremely well in conditions where particle reduction is essential or high moisture rolling is required. It allows the idler roll and the drive roll to be positively driven at different speeds. This gives the desired grinding effect needed for increased particle reduction and also provides for the self-cleaning that is required with some higher moisture products.
